Service Description

It is my core belief that a minimum 3 sessions must occur in the counselling process to establish a connection, build trust and begin seeing shifts and change in perspective. I am here to hold a safe space for you to explore, excavate, and feel deeply the feelings that can free you. For those of you that have lost your way through experiencing a trauma, shame, blame, guilt, or grief, please know that this place that you find yourself in is temporary. I would love the opportunity to love you through the depths of each and every emotion until you find the strength and courage within you to ride the waves of life all on your own.
