For those of you that have lost your way through experiencing a trauma, shame, blame, guilt, or grief, please know that this place that you find yourself in is temporary. Each moment in life is temporary and I would love the opportunity to love you through the depths of each and every emotion until you find the strength and courage within you to ride the waves of life all on your own.
